Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX Price in India (Official List, 23 October 2026): MaX 7 vs MaX 5 vs MaX 3 - Which Level Is Actually Worth Your Money?
In this article

1. What is the price of Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX in India?

The Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX costs ₹2,69,000 to ₹6,00,000 per ear, or ₹4,49,990 to ₹10,00,000 per pair as a kit, on the official MRP list effective 23 October 2026 [1]. The price depends on the technology level - MaX 7 (premium), MaX 5 (advanced) or MaX 3 (standard).

Model What you get Channels Fitting range Warranty MRP (₹)
Kit Pure C&G 7 MaX Pair + portable charger 48 10–115 dB 4 years 10,00,000 per pair
Kit Pure C&G 5 MaX Pair + portable charger 36 10–115 dB 4 years 6,99,990 per pair
Kit Pure C&G 3 MaX Pair + portable charger 32 10–115 dB 2 years 4,49,990 per pair
Pure C&G 7 MaX One hearing aid + standard charger 48 10–115 dB 4 years 6,00,000 per ear
Pure C&G 5 MaX One hearing aid + standard charger 36 10–115 dB 4 years 4,19,990 per ear
Pure C&G 3 MaX One hearing aid + standard charger 32 10–115 dB 2 years 2,69,000 per ear

Source: Signia (WS Audiology India) Retail Price List, effective 23 October 2026 (manufacturer document) [1]. MRP is the maximum retail price; the price quoted by a clinic can be lower and should state exactly which services are included.

2. Is it cheaper to buy Signia MaX as a pair kit or as two single hearing aids?

The kit is clearly cheaper: it saves ₹2,00,000 on MaX 7, ₹1,39,990 on MaX 5 and ₹88,010 on MaX 3, and it includes the portable charger [1]. A single unit comes with a standard charger; the portable charger is an upgrade at extra cost [1].

Level Two single units Kit (pair) You save Kit cost per ear
MaX 7 ₹12,00,000 ₹10,00,000 ₹2,00,000 ₹5,00,000
MaX 5 ₹8,39,980 ₹6,99,990 ₹1,39,990 ₹3,49,995
MaX 3 ₹5,38,000 ₹4,49,990 ₹88,010 ₹2,24,995

Who should buy a single unit? Only people who need a hearing aid in one ear - for example, with hearing loss in one ear only. If both ears need help, the kit is the better-value way to buy, and most people with age-related hearing loss do need both ears fitted.

3. What is the difference between Signia MaX 7, MaX 5 and MaX 3?

All three levels have the same four AI networks, hardware, battery, fitting range and connectivity; MaX 7 and MaX 5 add more fine-tuning channels and stronger features for following group conversations in noise. MaX 3 keeps the AI core but drops several advanced directional and room features [1][2].

Feature (from Signia's feature guide) MaX 7 MaX 5 MaX 3
Channels / fine-tuning handles 48 / 20 36 / 18 32 / 16
RealTime Conversation Enhancement (AI) 5 of 5 4 of 5 3 of 5
Dynamic AI Focus Streams (speakers tracked) 3 1 -
Conversation Booster 5 of 5 4 of 5 3 of 5
Own Voice Processing (AI) Yes Yes Yes
Ambient Scene Adaptation (AI) Yes Yes Yes
Dynamic Noise Control (AI) Yes Yes Yes
Directional speech focus Spatial SpeechFocus SpeechFocus -
Spatial Configurator (custom directional patterns) Yes Yes -
Reverberant Room program Yes Yes -
Extended bandwidth (12 kHz) Yes - -
Auto EchoShield Yes - -
HD Music programs 3 3 1
Warranty (India) 4 years 4 years 2 years

Sources: Signia India price list and technology feature guide [1]; HD Music programs from HearingTracker's specification listing [2]. Some features work only in bilateral (two-ear) fittings [1].

What do these features mean in plain language?

  • Dynamic AI Focus Streams - how many separate talkers the hearing aids can track and enhance at once. Three helps most at a busy family table; one is enough for mostly one-to-one conversation.

  • Spatial SpeechFocus / SpeechFocus - steering the microphones towards the person speaking, including from the side or behind (for example, in a car).

  • Reverberant Room program and Auto EchoShield - help in echoey places such as temples, halls, marble-floored homes and banquet halls.

  • Extended bandwidth - reproduces higher-pitched sounds (up to 12 kHz), which can make speech and music sound more natural for milder losses.

  • Channels and handles - more channels let the audiologist shape the sound more precisely; this matters most for unusual or steeply sloping hearing loss.

4. Which Signia MaX level gives the best value for money?

On cost per year of warranty, the MaX 5 kit works out cheapest - about ₹1,75,000 per year, against ₹2,25,000 for MaX 3 and ₹2,50,000 for MaX 7 - because MaX 3 has only a 2-year warranty [1]. Value also depends on how often you are in noisy group situations.

Kit (pair) MRP Warranty MRP per year of warranty
MaX 7 ₹10,00,000 4 years ₹2,50,000
MaX 5 ₹6,99,990 4 years ₹1,74,998
MaX 3 ₹4,49,990 2 years ₹2,24,995

Hearing aids usually last five years or more, so this is only one way to compare. It does show that the warranty, not just the sticker price, should be part of the decision. This is a comparison, not a recommendation; the right level depends on your hearing and lifestyle.

Which level suits which kind of listener?

Level Often considered by people who…
MaX 7 Spend many hours in group conversation and noise - large families, social functions, meetings, teaching, business - or who value the most natural sound for music
MaX 5 Have a mixed routine with regular noisy situations and want most of the conversation features with a 4-year warranty
MaX 3 Spend most time in quieter settings - at home, one-to-one, small groups - and want the MaX AI core and connectivity at the lowest MaX price

5. How much more does Signia MaX cost than Signia IX?

Signia MaX kits cost roughly ₹1,00,000 to ₹2,75,000 more per pair than the indicative Signia IX kit prices we reported earlier in 2026 - an increase of about 29–40% depending on the level [1][3].

Level Signia IX pair (indicative, earlier 2026) Signia MaX kit (MRP, Oct 2026) Difference
7 ₹7,24,990 ₹10,00,000 +₹2,75,010 (about 38%)
5 ₹4,99,900 ₹6,99,990 +₹2,00,090 (about 40%)
3 ₹3,49,990 ₹4,49,990 +₹1,00,000 (about 29%)

What the extra money buys, according to Signia and independent testers: a new chip claimed to have 54 times the processing power of IX, the four AI networks, Own Voice Processing that no longer needs in-clinic voice training, and "OneConnect" - Bluetooth Classic, LE Audio and a telecoil in one rechargeable RIC, which earlier IX models split across different versions [2].

In HearAdvisor's lab, the earlier Pure Charge&Go T 7IX scored 4.1 and the MaX 7 scored 4.3 [2]. That is a real but modest gain in lab sound performance. IX remains a capable platform, and IX stock may be offered at lower prices while it is still available.

IX figures are indicative pair prices from earlier 2026 listings, not the current MaX price list; IX prices may have changed. Check current prices before comparing.

6. What do the Signia MaX accessories cost in India?

Signia MaX accessories in India cost ₹5,990 for the Desktop Charger Pure 2.0, ₹9,990 for the Portable Charger Pure 2.0, ₹17,700 for the TV Sound streamer and ₹7,670 for the Remote Control [1]. Accessories carry a 1-year warranty [1].

Accessory MRP (₹) What it does
Desktop Charger Pure 2.0 5,990 Bedside charger with LEDs showing charging status - supplied with a single unit
Portable Charger Pure 2.0 9,990 Charging case with built-in power bank; charges a pair up to four times - included in the kit
TV Sound 17,700 Streams TV sound in stereo directly to the hearing aids
Remote Control 7,670 Discreet control of volume and programs without a phone

Some accessories need a power adaptor bought separately. Standard colour is beige; other colours take about 3 weeks to arrive. The cost of customising the high-power (HP) miniReceiver for stronger hearing loss is already included in the hearing aid price [1].

7. How does Signia MaX perform in independent testing?

In independent HearAdvisor lab tests, the Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX 7 scored 4.3 out of 5 (grade A) and received an Expert Choice award [2]. Only MaX 7 has been tested; MaX 5 and MaX 3 have no separate lab scores yet.

HearAdvisor test (MaX 7, tuned fit) Score / 5 What it means
Speech in noise 2.8 Above the category average; rose from 2.1 to 2.8 only after expert tuning
Speech in quiet 3.6 Slightly above average
Own voice 3.7 Natural own voice with vented sleeves - the strongest relative result
Streamed music 2.9 Slightly above average but modest
Feedback handling 4.6 Controlled whistling well, though not completely

The most important lesson for buyers: the speech-in-noise score was 2.1 with the manufacturer's default settings and 2.8 after an expert adjusted the amplification to target [2]. The same hearing aid performed noticeably better simply because it was fitted properly. Ask your clinic whether it verifies the fitting with real-ear measurement.

Manufacturer claims (not independent): Signia reports that 97% of wearers performed better with MaX than with key competitors in noisy group conversation, and that MaX is "No. 1" in signal-to-noise performance (Jensen et al., 2026, Signia-sponsored) [1]. These are encouraging but have not been independently repeated.

8. What are the downsides of Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX?

The main downsides are the high price, a 2-year warranty on MaX 3, Auracast not yet active, average music streaming, a fairly large portable charger, and very few long-term user reports so far. None of these is unusual for a new flagship, but buyers should know them.

Downside Detail Source type
Price jump over IX About 29–40% more per pair than indicative IX prices Price lists [1][3]
Short MaX 3 warranty 2 years vs 4 years on MaX 5 and MaX 7 Manufacturer [1]
Auracast not yet active Firmware update promised in the first half of 2027 Manufacturer [1]
App needs newer phones Signia One needs iOS 17 or Android 13 or newer - older phones may not work Manufacturer via HearingTracker [2]
Music only average Streamed music 2.9/5; a reviewer rated it "average" Independent lab and hands-on [2]
Larger charger Portable charger described as sturdy but on the larger side Hands-on review [2]
Comparative claims are Signia's own 97% and "No. 1" figures come from Signia-sponsored studies Manufacturer [1]
Little real-world history Launched August 2026; very few long-term user reports yet HearingTracker [2]
Only one style Currently available only as a rechargeable RIC; no custom in-ear or BTE MaX yet HearingTracker [2]

9. Can I claim Signia MaX under CGHS?

Yes, but CGHS will reimburse at most ₹30,000 per ear (₹60,000 for both ears), so you pay the rest - and MaX 3's 2-year warranty may not meet CGHS's 3-year warranty requirement [4]. MaX 7 and MaX 5, with 4-year warranties, are rechargeable and meet that condition.

Bought as MRP CGHS maximum You pay at least*
MaX 7 kit (pair) ₹10,00,000 ₹60,000 ₹9,40,000
MaX 5 kit (pair) ₹6,99,990 ₹60,000 ₹6,39,990
MaX 3 kit (pair) ₹4,49,990 ₹60,000 (if warranty condition met) ₹3,89,990
MaX 5 single (one ear) ₹4,19,990 ₹30,000 ₹3,89,990

*Based on MRP; the actual price paid may be lower. The CGHS limit includes GST. If you choose MaX 3 for a CGHS claim, ask the clinic in writing whether a 3-year comprehensive warranty can be provided; otherwise the claim may be questioned. See our CGHS guide for the full rules and documents [4].

10. Who is Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX suitable for?

Signia MaX suits adults with mild to severe hearing loss - and, with the right receiver and earpiece, some profound losses - who are comfortable with a rechargeable behind-the-ear RIC style [1][2]. The fitting range on the Indian price list is 10–115 dB.

  • Good fit on paper: people who struggle most in group conversations and noisy places; people who want hands-free calls on both iPhone and Android; first-time users bothered by how their own voice sounds.

  • May need other options: people with very severe-to-profound loss who need a power BTE; people who want a fully in-the-ear or invisible style; people with older phones who rely heavily on app control.

  • Speech training still matters: after years of untreated loss, the brain needs time to adapt, whatever the technology level.

11. What should I ask before buying Signia MaX in India?

Ask for the final price per ear and per pair, exactly what is included, the warranty in writing, whether the fitting will be verified with real-ear measurement, and how many follow-up visits are included. These decide your real cost and results more than the technology level.

  • Is the price for the kit (pair + portable charger) or single units?

  • Which technology level exactly - MaX 7, 5 or 3 - and can I try it before paying?

  • Is the warranty 4 years or 2 years, and what does it cover (loss and damage are usually separate)?

  • Will the fitting be verified with real-ear measurement?

  • Is the HP receiver needed for my hearing loss, and is a custom earpiece advised?

  • Does my phone support the Signia One app (iOS 17 / Android 13 or newer)?

  • Will I receive a proper invoice with serial numbers, for warranty and CGHS?

  • Is the seller an authorised Signia dealer with an RCI-registered audiologist?

At Fairfield Hearing Clinics we will show you the official price list, explain each level against your own audiogram, and let you try Signia MaX before you decide.

12. What else do patients ask about the Signia MaX price?

What is the price of Signia Pure Charge&Go 7 MaX in India?

On the official list effective 23 October 2026, the Signia Pure C&G 7 MaX costs ₹6,00,000 per ear (single unit) and ₹10,00,000 per pair as a kit with a portable charger. Both carry a 4-year warranty.

What is the price of Signia Pure Charge&Go 5 MaX in India?

The Signia Pure C&G 5 MaX costs ₹4,19,990 per ear (single unit) and ₹6,99,990 per pair as a kit with a portable charger, with a 4-year warranty, on the official list effective 23 October 2026.

What is the price of Signia Pure Charge&Go 3 MaX in India?

The Signia Pure C&G 3 MaX costs ₹2,69,000 per ear (single unit) and ₹4,49,990 per pair as a kit with a portable charger, with a 2-year warranty, on the official list effective 23 October 2026.

Is GST charged on Signia MaX hearing aids?

No. Signia's price list states that hearing aids are exempt from GST. Accessories may be taxed differently, so check the invoice.

Is the Signia MaX kit price for one ear or two?

The kit price is for a pair - two hearing aids plus the Portable Charger Pure 2.0. The single-unit price is for one hearing aid with a standard charger.

Does Signia MaX have Auracast?

Signia MaX is Auracast-ready. Signia's India price list says Auracast will be enabled by a firmware update in the first half of 2027.

How long does the Signia MaX battery last?

Signia states up to 30 hours on a single charge, even with streaming, though real-world time depends on streaming, hearing loss and battery age. A full charge takes about four hours.

Is Signia MaX better than Signia IX?

In independent HearAdvisor testing, MaX 7 scored 4.3 against 4.1 for the Pure Charge&Go T 7IX. MaX adds four AI networks, combined Bluetooth and telecoil, and Own Voice Processing without calibration, at a higher price.

13. What is the bottom line?

Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX is now officially priced in India at ₹2,69,000 to ₹6,00,000 per ear, or ₹4,49,990 to ₹10,00,000 per pair as a kit. If you need both ears fitted, the kit is the better-value way to buy, and the warranty difference between MaX 3 and MaX 5 deserves as much attention as the features.

Independent tests confirm MaX 7 is a strong performer - but they also show that careful fitting changed its speech-in-noise result more than any feature. Choose the level that matches your daily listening, and choose a clinic that verifies the fitting.
