\nShahabuddin Khan is the Director of Fairfield Hearing Clinics — a dynamic, patient-centric hearing-care professional with over 21 years of experience across the world’s leading global hearing-aid brands. An engineer by training, he combines a strong technical foundation with deep, on-ground clinical and commercial experience across North and West India.

\nHe is known for sales leadership, audiological support, VIP patient handling and complex case troubleshooting — building trust with patients, driving regional business growth and elevating clinical outcomes through precise programming and counselling.

\nAs Head of North India Business at Phonak (Sonova India Pvt. Ltd.), he led sales, channel development and customer support across Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, J&K, UP, Uttarakhand and Rajasthan. Over 11 years with Bernafon (Demant Group), he managed regional sales and support across North and West India, handling VIP and audiologically complex cases and training audiologists and partners. He began his career as a Sales Engineer at Alps International (2000–2003).

\nHe holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, and a Diploma in Engineering. At Fairfield, he brings two decades of industry knowledge to a clinic built on trust, technology and compassionate care.
