Instead of being sold "the best one", you are asked a question you can actually answer - *do you mostly talk to one person or to groups, and how noisy are the places you go?* If your life is quiet one-to-one conversation at home, a 400 PRO may be more technology than your situation requires. If you eat out with a large family every week, a 100 CONNECT will very likely disappoint you. **A caution that applies to every brand** Friendly names do not remove the need to ask what is actually different between the levels. Ask your audiologist specifically which features are switched off at the lower levels, and get the answer before you pay - not after. ## 5. One style at launch - the limitation you must know about Here is the most important practical fact in this article, and it is one the marketing will not lead with. A fast charge is more valuable in daily life than an extra few hours of maximum runtime. We would still recommend asking your audiologist for the published runtime figures in hours from the technical data sheet, including runtime while streaming, since streaming consumes considerably more power than listening alone. ## 7. You asked the question directly, so here is a direct treatment of both sides - and then we stop, because the conclusion is yours. ### The case that there is real innovation here - The **Dual AI approach itself is a genuine architectural change**. Running two dedicated AI systems simultaneously - one for speech, one for everything else - is different from using a single network to manage the whole scene, and Oticon describes it as the third generation of its AI sound processing on a new platform [4][5]. - There is **measured evidence attached to the parent platform**.
